The Importance of Art
I think that tax dollars should be used on your own personal choice. Tax dollars can be wasted on art classes because students still learn in the lasses or can make a hobby out of it if they haven't already. Public schools should also manage to somehow prepare you into the workforce instead of lecturing everyday.
Photoshop Tutorial Quest
This photoshop wasn't too complicated to do. It was just a hard to keep up since they video was short and going pretty fast. This procedure can be placed onto any photograph.
